The company 'JML' boast about their product to be brilliant, the absolute best. I think NOT.
I bought my mum the JML Nicer dicer for her 10Th anniversary; she had wanted this so called best kitchen utensil for ages, so I decided to buy it for her, as it looks pretty good on the advert. Retail of this product is £19.99...I'd say a complete rip off.
The Nicer dicer is supposed to be a quick, easy and clean way to dice or julienne fruit and vegetables, so it says on the packaging...Well, you've seen the advert and it says it on the box, it must be functional. When I first tried out the product at home it started of to be fine, and then I got through the whole apple, but about half way. It seemed to become really tough to push down, allot of pressure had to be applied to make it go any further. However, when the pressure was applied I expected it to carry on dicing the apple. Instead this did not happen as when the pressure was applied the other half of the apple was just squished into mush. So this product is only part functional, well if you want half a diced apple. The nicer dicer has to be the most useless product I have ever bought in my life! It is hardly functional at all, I'd say rubbish, a not buy. Although I have only tried this product using an apple and nothing more, I still feel it’s absolutely useless and doesn't actually look that great. Other users may find that they can use is with easy. The one thing that stands out for me about the function of the product is that it is clean.
